1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Fast 3D (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and AI Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

IMPORTANT: Content Safety & Prohibited Content

Fast 3D has ZERO TOLERANCE for certain types of content.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED CONTENT:

NSFW & Adult Content

  • Sexually explicit 3D models
  • Pornographic or erotic sculptures and figures
  • Fetish content
  • Nudity or partial nudity
  • Sexualized depictions of any kind

Violence & Harm

  • Gore, blood, or graphic violence
  • Terrorism or extremist content
  • Self-harm or suicide promotion
  • Illegal acts or dangerous activities
  • Torture or abuse depictions

Child Safety (ZERO TOLERANCE)

  • Any 3D content involving minors under 18
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Sexualization of minors
  • Inappropriate depictions of children
  • Violations will be reported to law enforcement

Likeness & Real-Person 3D Models

  • 3D busts or sculpts of real people without explicit consent
  • Recreating a real person's likeness from photos without consent
  • 3D-printable figurines of real individuals without their consent
  • Political manipulation content
  • Impersonation without consent
  • Fraud or scam materials

AI CONTENT FILTERING & MODERATION

We employ AI-powered content filtering systems that:

  • Automatically screen all text prompts and uploaded reference images
  • Block requests that violate our content policies
  • Flag accounts that attempt to circumvent safety measures
  • Report illegal content to appropriate authorities
  • Retain data for security and legal compliance (up to 90 days)

By using this Service, you agree that your prompts, uploaded images, and generated 3D models may be scanned, filtered, and blocked by our AI moderation systems. Attempts to bypass these systems will result in immediate account termination.

2. Description of Service

Fast 3D provides AI-powered 3D model generation services that allow users to create production-ready 3D assets from text descriptions or uploaded images. The Service offers multiple modes:

  • Text to 3D: Generate 3D models from text prompts
  • Image to 3D: Reconstruct a 3D model from a reference image
  • Tripo 3D: Dedicated multi-angle 3D generation workflow
  • 3D Format Converter: Convert between GLB, OBJ, FBX, STL, and more
  • 3D Model Viewer: Inspect and share 3D models in-browser

The Service is offered with both free and paid tiers. Certain features may require account registration and payment.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use paid features.

4. Prohibited Uses (IMPORTANT)

You agree to use the Service only for lawful and responsible purposes. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

4.1 Real-Person Likeness and Unauthorized Scanning

Prohibited: generating 3D busts, sculpts, figurines, or any content using a real person's likeness without their explicit consent

  • NO Real-Person Likeness: Generating 3D models that depict a real, identifiable person — including celebrities, public figures, or private individuals — without their explicit written consent
  • NO Unauthorized Scanning: Reconstructing a 3D model from someone else's photo, video, or 3D scan without the rights to do so
  • NO Impersonation: Creating 3D content that impersonates individuals, public figures, or celebrities without their express consent
  • NO Misinformation: Creating content designed to mislead, deceive, or spread false information
  • NO Political Manipulation: Creating content that could influence elections or political processes

4.2 Privacy and Rights Violations

  • NO Unauthorized Use of Likeness: Using photos, videos, 3D scans, or likenesses of individuals without their explicit written consent to generate AI content
  • NO Harassment: Creating content that harasses, bullies, or targets individuals
  • NO Revenge Content: Creating intimate or private content without consent

4.3 Illegal and Harmful Content

  • NO Illegal Content: Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • NO Harmful Content: Content that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal acts
  • NO Child Exploitation: Any content depicting minors in inappropriate situations (zero tolerance)
  • NO Adult Content: Sexually explicit, pornographic, or fetish 3D models
  • NO Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination, hatred, or violence against groups

4.4 Intellectual Property Violations

  • NO Copyright Infringement: Creating 3D models that copy or closely imitate copyrighted characters, sculptures, products, or artwork
  • NO Trademark Violations: Using logos, brands, or trademarks without authorization
  • NO Counterfeit Production: Generating 3D models intended to produce counterfeit or knockoff physical products

4.5 Platform Abuse

  • Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
  • Using automated systems to abuse rate limits or access controls
  • Generating content for spam, phishing, or fraud
  • Circumventing our content moderation or safety systems

5. Content Moderation and Enforcement

5.1 Monitoring and Review

We employ various methods to monitor content and enforce these Terms:

  • Automated Systems: AI-powered content analysis and filtering
  • Manual Review: Human review of flagged content when appropriate
  • User Reporting: Mechanisms for users to report policy violations

5.2 Enforcement Actions

We reserve the right to take the following actions for violations of these Terms:

  • Warning: Issuing a warning for first or minor violations
  • Content Removal: Removing or disabling violating content
  • Feature Suspension: Restricting access to specific features
  • Account Suspension: Temporarily suspending account access
  • Account Termination: Permanently terminating accounts for serious or repeat violations
  • Legal Action: Referring matters to law enforcement when appropriate

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of the text prompts and reference images you submit. However:

  • You grant us a license to use your prompts and images for service delivery and improvement
  • You are responsible for ensuring your inputs comply with these Terms
  • Generated 3D models may be used for personal and commercial purposes by account holders in good standing

6.2 Service Content

The Service itself, including its design, code, underlying technology, and AI models, is owned by Fast 3D and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service itself.

6.3 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated 3D models may occasionally resemble existing works, products, or individuals. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content does not infringe on third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and rights of publicity. We make no guarantees about uniqueness or originality.

6.4 Copyright Infringement

7. Paid Services and Refunds

7.1 Pricing and Payment

Pricing for paid features is displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with notice to existing subscribers.

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors. Your payment information is handled securely in compliance with applicable regulations.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Key points include:

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • The quality of any 3D models generated will meet your expectations
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected
  • Generated content will not infringe on third-party rights
  • Generated 3D models will be print-ready or fit for any specific 3D printer, engine, or pipeline

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fast 3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account management features. You will remain obligated to pay any accrued fees.

11.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms, especially the Prohibited Uses section
  • Violation of our AI Acceptable Use Policy
  • Suspicious or fraudulent account activity
  • Extended period of account inactivity
  • Discontinuation of the Service or any part thereof

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast 3D from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you create using the Service, including 3D models you download, print, or distribute

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by:

  • Posting the new Terms on this page
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date
  • Sending email notifications to registered users for significant changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fast 3D
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent

AI technology carries responsibilities. Please use our Service ethically, legally, and with respect for others. Violations of these Terms, particularly the Prohibited Uses, will result in enforcement action up to and including permanent account termination.
