This AI Acceptable Use Policy ("AI Policy") is an integral part of our Terms of Use and governs your use of Fast 3D's AI 3D model generation features. By using our AI features, you agree to comply with this AI Policy.

1. Our Commitment to Responsible AI

Fast 3D is committed to developing and deploying AI technology responsibly. We believe AI should empower creativity while respecting individual rights, safety, and ethical boundaries. This policy outlines what is and isn't allowed when using our AI 3D model generation service.

2. Strictly Prohibited Uses

The following uses of our AI technology are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate enforcement action, including account termination.

2.1 Real-Person Likeness, 3D Busts, and Synthetic Reproductions

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY - PROHIBITED WITHOUT EXCEPTION

Prohibited: generating 3D busts, sculpts, figurines, full-body models, or any content using a real person's likeness without their explicit consent

You MUST NOT use our Service to:

  • Generate 3D busts or sculpts depicting real, identifiable people without their explicit written consent
  • Recreate a person's likeness from a photo, video, or 3D scan without their explicit written consent
  • Produce 3D-printable figurines of real individuals — including celebrities, athletes, politicians, or private persons — without consent
  • Generate 3D models of politicians, government officials, or public figures in compromising or misleading situations
  • Create propaganda, disinformation, or fake evidence using 3D models
  • Produce content that could be used for social engineering, scams, or fraud
  • Generate compromising, embarrassing, or damaging 3D content about individuals
  • Create romantic, sexual, or intimate 3D content featuring real people without explicit written consent

Examples of Prohibited Uses:

  • Generating a 3D bust of a celebrity from a headshot
  • Reconstructing a 3D model of a private individual from their social media photo
  • Creating a 3D-printable action figure of a real athlete or public figure
  • Producing 3D evidence or replicas intended to deceive

2.2 Unauthorized Use of Person's Likeness

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY - EXPLICIT CONSENT REQUIRED

ANY use of a real person's likeness, face, body, or image requires their explicit written consent

This includes but is not limited to: 3D busts, full-body models, character sculpts, figurines, and any 3D reconstruction from photos, videos, or scans of people.

You MUST NOT:

  • Use photos, videos, 3D scans, or likenesses of individuals without their explicit written consent to generate AI 3D content
  • Upload images of people from social media, websites, or other sources without consent
  • Create 3D content featuring friends, family members, colleagues, or acquaintances without their explicit permission
  • Use stock photos or images of people to create misleading or harmful 3D models

Exception: You may only use images you have created yourself, stock photos with appropriate commercial licenses for AI use, or images where you have obtained explicit written consent from the depicted individuals.

2.3 Child Safety (ZERO TOLERANCE)

ANY VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REPORTING TO AUTHORITIES

You MUST NOT:

  • Upload images of minors (anyone under 18) for any 3D reconstruction or generation
  • Generate 3D content depicting minors in inappropriate, sexual, or harmful situations
  • Create content that could be used to groom, exploit, or harm minors
  • Generate any content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this will be immediately reported to NCMEC and law enforcement

2.4 Harassment and Bullying

You MUST NOT:

  • Create 3D content to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate individuals
  • Generate non-consensual intimate 3D content
  • Produce content targeting individuals for abuse or humiliation
  • Create content that reveals private or sensitive information about individuals

2.5 Hate Speech and Discrimination

You MUST NOT:

  • Generate 3D content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination against groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity
  • Create 3D models that glorify hate groups, terrorists, or violent extremists
  • Produce 3D symbols, insignia, or imagery associated with hate groups

2.6 Violence and Harm

You MUST NOT:

  • Generate 3D content depicting realistic violence, gore, or torture
  • Create content promoting or instructing on self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
  • Produce content encouraging illegal activities or dangerous behavior
  • Create content depicting sexual violence or non-consensual sexual content
  • Generate 3D models of functional firearms, weapons, or explosives intended for illegal manufacture (including 3D-printable weapon parts)

2.7 Sexual Content

You MUST NOT:

  • Generate sexually explicit, pornographic, or fetish 3D models
  • Create 3D content involving sexual acts or sexualized nudity
  • Produce content sexualizing minors or minors in suggestive situations

2.8 Illegal Activities

You MUST NOT:

  • Use our Service to facilitate any illegal activity
  • Generate 3D content for fraud, scams, or phishing
  • Create fake documents, identification, currency, or evidence
  • Produce content that violates any applicable law or regulation

2.9 Intellectual Property Violations

You MUST NOT:

  • Generate 3D models that copy or closely imitate copyrighted characters, sculptures, artwork, toys, or collectibles without authorization
  • Create 3D models that infringe on trademarks, patents, design rights, or trade secrets
  • Use our Service to create knockoff or counterfeit physical products, including branded merchandise, luxury goods, or licensed toys
  • Reproduce copyrighted sculptures, statues, museum pieces, or artist works without the rights to do so

2.10 Political and Electoral Content

You MUST NOT:

  • Generate 3D content that could influence elections or political processes
  • Create misleading political advertisements or messaging
  • Produce content misrepresenting political candidates or their positions

3. Acceptable Uses

We encourage creative and responsible use of our AI technology. Examples of acceptable uses include:

  • Game Development: Creating original props, characters, and environment assets for games in Unity, Unreal, Godot, or web engines
  • 3D Printing: Designing original miniatures, figurines, tools, replacement parts, and household objects
  • Product Visualization: Building mockups and concept models for your own products or client work
  • AR/VR & Metaverse: Creating assets for augmented and virtual reality experiences
  • Education: Creating 3D models for teaching, demonstrations, or visualization
  • Animation & Film: Producing original fictional characters, props, and set pieces
  • Hobby & Personal Projects: Creating original artistic 3D models for personal enjoyment

For all acceptable uses, you must:

  • Obtain necessary permissions for any people, places, or intellectual property depicted
  • Clearly label AI-generated content where appropriate
  • Comply with all applicable laws and platform terms

4. Content Attribution and Disclosure

4.1 Labeling AI-Generated Content

When sharing AI-generated 3D content publicly, we encourage transparency. Consider:

  • Labeling content as "AI-generated" where appropriate
  • Disclosing AI generation when content could be mistaken for a hand-modeled, scanned, or photographed asset
  • Following platform-specific disclosure requirements (e.g., 3D marketplaces, social media platforms, app stores)

4.2 Commercial Use and Marketplaces

If you sell or distribute generated 3D models on marketplaces (such as 3D asset stores, 3D printing marketplaces, or game-asset platforms), you are responsible for ensuring your content complies with those platforms' policies on AI-generated content and with all applicable laws regarding synthetic media disclosure.

5. Our Safety Measures

To enforce this AI Policy and maintain a safe platform, we implement:

5.1 Technical Safeguards

  • Content Filtering: AI-powered analysis to detect policy violations
  • Image Analysis: Detection of uploaded images containing faces or sensitive content
  • Text Analysis: Prompt screening for prohibited content
  • Rate Limiting: Controls to prevent automated abuse

5.2 Review and Enforcement

  • Manual Review: Human review of flagged content when necessary
  • User Reporting: Easy mechanisms for reporting policy violations
  • Account Tracking: Monitoring for repeat violators
  • Cooperation with Authorities: Reporting illegal content to law enforcement when required

5.3 Data Retention for Enforcement

To effectively enforce this policy, we retain:

  • User account information and activity logs for up to 90 days
  • Prompts, uploaded images, and generated content for moderation purposes
  • Information necessary to respond to legal requests and investigations

6. Violation Consequences

6.1 Enforcement Actions

For violations of this AI Policy, we may take the following actions at our sole discretion, without prior notice:

  • First or Minor Violations: Warning and mandatory re-review of this policy
  • Repeat Violations: Temporary account suspension (7-30 days)
  • Serious Violations: Immediate permanent account termination
  • Illegal Content: Immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement

6.2 Zero Tolerance Offenses

The following violations will result in immediate permanent account termination without warning:

  • Any content involving minors (CSAM, sexualization, exploitation)
  • 3D models of real persons created for harassment, revenge content, or fraud
  • Terrorism, violent extremism, or hate group content
  • Content used for serious crimes or threats to public safety

7. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is using our Service in violation of this AI Policy, please report it immediately.

We investigate all reports and take appropriate action. For reports involving illegal content, especially involving minors, we will cooperate with law enforcement.

Your continued use of our AI features after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the new policy terms.
